The Speaker waived the Finance Committee referral for the following                                 
at the request of Representative Williams, Co-chair:                                                
                                                                                                    
      CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 43(FIN)                                                                
      "An Act extending the termination date of the State Medical                                   
      Board."                                                                                       
                                                                                                    
CSSB 43(FIN) was removed from the Finance Committee and referred                                    
to the Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.
